Ricardo returns to Carousel to put another imaginative, witty and downright delicious spin on the best seasonal ingredients the UK has to offer. Hot on the heels of lockdown success story, Flavo, which took Mexico City by storm, the talented young Chilean is back to complete our opening Charlotte Street line-up.
Ricardo‘s career so far is like a show reel of some of our all-time favourite restaurants in the world, from game-changing Santiago institutions Boragó and 99, to Cosme in New York City and Clown Bar in Paris, but we will always remember him for his “sabor” fortnight with us in 2019, where blew us away with gorgeous creations like his ‘Sea Bass Crudo and Passion Fruit Leche de Tigre’ and ‘Dairy Cow Sirloin, Capers, Roast Beef Jus, Artichoke and Hazelnut’.
Get set for another “unstuffy-yet-surprising” tasting menu, underpinned by funky wines, banging tunes and Ricardo‘s remarkable collection of box-fresh sneakers.
