About Us

As well as our brand new mezcalería & tostada bar and neighbourhood wine bar (“a dizzyingly impressive achievement” – Jimi Famurewa), we’re home to an ever-changing line-up of international guest chef collaborations, workshops, events and all round awesome experiences, morning, noon and night. No two days here are ever the same.

We’re fully settled into our amazing home on Charlotte Street and are looking for talented people to join the dream team.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic go-getters to help co-create extraordinary experiences for our guests and to share in our ambition to be the best in the business. Like the rest of the Carousel team, you will be responsible for upholding our core values: family, care, support, confidence, creativity and fun.
