No.23 is the relaxed cocktail bar from the team behind Carousel. Settle in with our concise menu of remixed classics and a rotating list of seasonal specials, accompanied by Chuck’s peerless ‘no modifications’ smashburgers, #5 in Time Out’s London top ten burgers.
Chuck’s is available from 5pm ’til late, every Tuesday to Saturday at No. 23 Charlotte Street. Walk-ins only.
Joining our compelling line-up of agave-centric cocktails and small-batch mezcals are Chuck George’s cult ‘no modifications’ smashburgers.
After taking Milan, Rome, Paris and Madrid by storm, you can now enjoy Chuck’s signature stacks – fresh single patty, perfectly crispy edges, cheddar, pickles, white onion and house-made special sauce on a potato roll – alongside your mezcal negroni.
