No two days at Carousel are ever the same. Since we first opened our doors nine or so years ago, we’ve become one of London’s most vibrant and varied culinary hubs, playing host to an ever-changing line-up of cookery masterclasses, wine tastings, food photography workshops and all manner of extraordinary experiences that you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the capital.

This summer, Guy Ritchie is opening the gates of his Wiltshire estate to a handpicked line-up of some of our all-time favourite guest chefs. And you. Introducing eight chefs over eight weekends, our WildKitchen x Carousel summer series is a celebration of fire, smoke and ash.

Close Ties
A special Sunday 'wine rave' from Close Ties, aka our own Joshua Bratt and pal Jake Norman (Trullo). The boys are teaming up with Sager & Wilde head chef Diarmuid Goodwin, who'll be knocking out some incredible plates to soak up (several) glasses of undiscovered gems from the natural wine world.
