Bold, regal and unapologetically boisterous, tandoor grill house New Punjab Club has been bringing the swagger back to Punjabi cuisine since it opened in 2017. The Hong Kong landmark became the first Punjabi restaurant in the world to be awarded a Michelin star, an accolade it has retained for five consecutive years.
While its plush interiors are a nod to the liberated era of post-Colonial Pakistan and India, the food itself is rooted in rustic, traditional Punjabi cooking, and centred around the heart of the cuisine: the tandoor oven.
At the helm, Chef Palash Mitra (previously of Gymkhana, The Cinnamon Club, Scarfes Bar) draws on his years of experience and deep understanding of the region’s history and culture to bring the dynamic cuisine of the Punjab to a sophisticated setting, all while honouring traditional flavours and techniques.
Get set for an unforgettable experience as Chef Palash and his team fire up the tandoor for a ten-course menu of New Punjab Club’s greatest hits, from Amritsari Courgette Blossom (Fried Zucchini Flower, Tomato & Chilli Chutney) and Bhatti Anda (Tamago Eggs, Devon Crab, Peas, Lime) to Masalewali Chaanp (Tandoori Lamb Chops, Ember-Roasted Onions) and Oxtail Pulao…
Due to the nature of this menu, we are unfortunately unable to cater for any dietary requirements.
