Every kitchen has a secret weapon. The cook that all the other cooks want to work with. Marcin Król is that cook. 

Marcín has been killing it in rockstar kitchens around the world since the age of nineteen, when he started out at Noma, Copenhagen. Since then he’s achieved cult hero status at Boragó, Santiago, where he became executive sous at just 21; tge iconic Le Chateaubriand, Paris; and Inua, Noma’s two-star Tokyo outpost.

For the past three years, Marcin has been working alongside cult chef, Sota Atsumi, at the hugely influential Maison Paris, where exquisitely-plated pithiviers of venison, foie gras and yuzu jam showcase a happy marriage of French flair, Japanese technique and wood-fire cooking.

Now flying solo on a mission to share his own style of hyper-seasonal, market-driven cooking, camera-shy Marcin will finally take centre stage with a multi-course tasting menu of globally-influenced haute cuisine that confirms his status as one of Europe’s most exciting young chefs.
