Thursday 6th – Friday 7th April
South London husband and wife duo Gabriella Suresh and Luke Doffman started Little Sambol out of a desire to preserve and share the diverse flavours of Gabriella’s Sri Lankan heritage.
What began as a series of casual dinner parties for friends and family, quickly became a fully-fledged pop-up and the pair have spent the last year super-clubbing at some of the capital’s trendiest spots, from OMNI to the Dusty Knuckle Bakery. There, they serve ever-evolving tasting menus which creatively play on traditional Sri Lankan favourites like kothu roti; devilled beef; and fried aubergine curry with string hoppers.
Gabriella and Luke join us in No. 23 for two nights with a five-course set menu that includes Crab Cutlets, Pickled Cucumber, Hot Sauce; and Slow-Cooked Lamb Lamprais, Samba Rice, Seeni Sambol, Pol Sambol, Crispy Egg and Cucumber Pachadi.
Sittings are at 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Click the button below to book in.
A vegetarian option is available for this menu, however we are unfortunately unable to cater for any other dietary requirements. Please let us know on your booking notes if you would like the vegetarian menu.
