London-based chef and writer Jack Burke is the brains behind Quaff Club, a monthly supperclub which tours the capital pairing incredible sustainable wines from Penzer with modern seasonal cooking.
Now flying solo for two special nights in No. 23, Jack joins us with an à la carte menu of elegant, produce-led dishes influenced by his time spent working in kitchens across Italy and France. Highlights include ‘Sea Bass Crudo, Grapefruit, Chilli, Marjoram’; ‘Fresh Spaghetti Al Limone’; ‘Ragù Genovese’; and ‘Marinated Strawberries, Whipped Cardamom Cream, Mint’.
