Go Back There’s Thanksgiving and then there’s an extra special family-style dinner with all the fixings, cooked up by award-winning soul food and American BBQ aficionados (and absolute legends of the game), Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn. AKA Hang Fire BBQ.
Joining us for one night only, on Thanksgiving itself, the duo will be whipping up a southern-inspired sharing-style* feast of Thanksgiving classics, including succulent smoked turkey, green bean casserole, “mashed ‘taters to die for”, roasted Brussels Sprouts, cornbread dressing, pecan pie “and a-plenty more”… Loose clothing is advised.
* In the spirit of family-style Thanksgiving dinner, this will be an everything-on-the-table-and-help-yourself kind of meal, so due prepared to share with your neighbours.
A vegetarian option is available, however we are unfortunately unable to cater for other dietary requirements for this event.
