The inspirational story that we all love to hear, Pawel Glodowski (or Pav to his pals), quit his job in TV to pursue his true passion back in 2017. And we’re so glad he did. 

Born out of a love of spending time in his babcia’s kitchen, Pav started Polska Kitchen as a way to share the flavours, techniques, and sense of community surrounding the Polish food that he grew up eating. Following the sell-out success of his first pop-up in Dalston in 2018, Pav has spent the last four years supper-clubbing his way across the capital and beyond, managing to squeeze in culinary training and several stints in the kitchen at East London legend Mangal 2 along the way. 

Pav joins us in No. 23 for one night only, serving an à la carte menu of Polish favourites. “Expect pierogis, earthy flavours and to not leave hungry!”
