We even send you all the bar kit in the post, plus a pound coin so you can go and buy some ice from the corner shop… Yep, we’ve thought of everything.
Cocktail making can be thirsty work, so we’re kicking off our workshops with a pre-batched Carousel favourite for you too sip on, the ‘Pale Lady Negroni’ (our twist on the classic, featuring The Botanist, Cocchi Americano, Suze Gentian and Italicus Bergamot Liqueur). Don’t worry, it slips down faster than you can read out all the ingredients.
Snacks are also an essential part to any leisurely pursuit, which is why you will munch on chip and dip (totopos with pumpkin seed mole) as you contemplate the task at hand, namely learning how to make three absolute bangers. One built, one shaken, one stirred:
