What happens when three passionate and extremely well-travelled ex-Noma chefs join forces to take over a beachside restaurant in Ibiza? Magic.
Set right on the beach of Es Figueral on the North of the island, Nudo may have the appearance of a small and unassuming beach café, but it’s fast become one of the hottest food destinations in the Balearics. And with good reason.
Making the most of its (extremely) close proximity to the sea, Nudo’s seasonally-changing menu is made up of creative Mediterranean seafood dishes, peppered with global influences. Think ‘BBQ Squid Glazed With Beetroot & Paprika’; ‘Langoustine, Fermented Plantain, Morita Chilli Oil’; and ‘Fresh Taglioni, Clams, Kimchi, Soft Herbs’, all accompanied by a selection of locally-made natural wines chosen by ex-Noma sommelier Francesca Niro.
