Since opening Kitchen Table in 2012, James Knappett has gone from strength to strength, cementing his reputation as a bona fide culinary titan with a constantly evolving tasting menu of instant classics. With its two Michelin stars and its horseshoe counter for just nineteen lucky guests at a time, Kitchen Table is deservedly regarded as one of the world’s finest, a platform for James and his team to highlight their relentless creativity and their passion for their chosen ingredients, all rigorously sourced from the best of the best.
With KT currently undergoing an exciting makeover, James joins us for five nights, serving up a menu of Kitchen Table classics like ‘Scallops with charcoal-infused cream, extra virgin olive oil and Exmoor caviar’ and ‘Cornish glazed duck with damson purée, yoghurt, black garlic and turnips’, alongside a few new dishes that diehard fans won’t have tried before.
