Meaning ‘good fortune for your mouth’, Hong Kong icon Ho Lee Fook has been at the top of our wishlist since the early Marylebone days.

A genuine legend of the city’s dining scene and one of the world’s must-visit restaurants, Ho Lee Fook draws in good-time diners in swathes, as much for its fun, vibey energy as its award-winning, Cantonese-rooted cooking. In the kitchen, HK native Chef ArChan Chan draws on a passion for the flavours of her childhood and over a decade of experience working in prominent restaurants in Melbourne and Singapore to create boundary-breaking Cantonese dishes that push the city’s dynamic culinary heritage forward.

We are beyond thrilled to welcome Chef ArChan and the Ho Lee Fook team to London and can’t wait to share with you this new progressive genre of Cantonese food that has taken Hong Kong by storm.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have had to close the Carousel kitchen this week. The good news is we’ve managed to secure a new location for our Ho Lee Fook residency. From Monday 31st July, we will be popping up on the lower ground floor of Fare in Clerkenwell (11 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HL).

If you have an existing booking, you don’t need to do anything. We will automatically move you over to the new venue. Same date and time. Same menu. Same unique experience. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. In the meantime, we will continue working around the clock to get Carousel HQ back open again ASAP.
