In these Monday evening sessions, Ella will begin by leading a calming Vinyasa Flow class, helping you unwind at the end of the day. The classes are open to all levels but ideal for those that have practised before.
Feeling relaxed and suitably hungry after the hour-long class, you’ll then tuck in to a heavenly veggie supper of warming five bean chilli, crunchy slaw, creamy avocado dip and homemade corn bread, finished off with fudgy brownies and salted caramel coconut yoghurt.
Please arrive ready to go in your gear at 6.30pm. No need to bring a mat, they will be provided.
