A culinary force to be reckoned with, Christian Faulkner currently leads the kitchen at two Michelin star Ikoyi (no. 35, in the World’s 50 Best). Now riding solo for one very special Sunday lunch, he joins us in the guest chef dining room, serving his own style of inventive, seafood-led cooking.
Having grown up on the shores of Jersey and worked for his father’s seafood business from a young age, Christian’s food is deep-rooted in a passion for the flavours of the sea. His multi-course tasting menu reads as an ode to summers spent by the water, peppered with global influences picked up from his travels around the world. Expect seasonal beauties like ‘Grilled Razor Clams, Melon & Clamato’; ‘Mackerel Tartare, Caramelised Onion & Sorrel’ and ‘Crab & Oat Dolma, Broad Bean & Pea Soup’ that are as visually impressive as they are knock-out delicious.
