Now you can learn how to make Saransh’s signature dish for yourselves in this exclusive Butter Chicken workshop. Give a man a rod, as they say…

During this hands-on masterclass you’ll learn the techniques that have put Saransh’s Butter Chicken well and truly on the international culinary map. You’ll find out what it takes to make a marinade that packs a flavourful punch, before mastering the art of smoking butter over charcoal (the key to achieving that unmistakable Goila Butter Chicken flavour). And what’s a curry without all the bits and bobs that go with it? That’s why Saransh will also be revealing the recipe for his fave side dish, pink vinegar onions, plus a selection of other authentic Indian recipes.

After the hard work is over, you’ll get the chance to break bread with your fellow classmates, tucking into a fabulous Indian lunch prepared by Saransh and the Carousel kitchen wallahs, featuring – you guessed it – Saransh’s other worldly spaghetti bolognaise butter chicken.
