The brainchild of Noble Rot talent Reuben Johnson and Sam Browett, Broche Rotisserie is the pop-up bringing amped up versions of rustic French market favourites to London.
After bonding over shared childhood experiences of visiting relatives in France and exploring local markets, the duo invested in a rotisserie oven and began hosting pop-ups and supper clubs based on the simple pleasure of spit-roasted meat and potatoes.
Reuben and Sam join us in No. 23 for the ultimate lazy Sunday lunch à la Français, with a menu of their favourite French comfort classics including tarte flambée, crispy pig’s head with celeriac remoulade and the best rotisserie duck and potatoes we’ve ever tasted…
