After last year’s hit residency at Carousel, we’re bringing back our Ibizan favourite Edo (Nudo) for one day only, and this time he’s bringing an entourage. Brace yourself for fresh fish, impossible-to-get-hold-of island wines, and funky tunes.
Edo, alongside an impressive ex-Noma cast, founded Nudo in 2020 on the coast of Ibiza, and has been serving a long line of patrons their daily fix of inventive and exciting food ever since. Edo will be collaborating with Carousel’s Ollie Templeton on a seafood focused blinder of a sharing menu.
Setting the tone on the floor will be sommelier Loli (Bar Brutal, Atila Tulum, Casa Lhasa) and her suitcase full of Supernatural Wines, exclusive to the Balearics. Soundtracking the day will be Seji Ono of Melodies International, spinning records as you daydream of that Ibizan coastline.

Balearic Sunday is a £55 set menu and runs from 2pm – 10pm Sunday 3rd March.
