‘Friend’ in French, trailblazing Burgundy vineyard AMI is a collaboration between two good pals with a very real passion for wine.

With decades of experience between them, sommelier Paul Perarnau and winemaker Willy Roulendes joined forces to launch their own project in 2014, and have been producing authentic, organic Bourgogne wines ever since that are as boundary-pushing as they are straight-up delicious.

Paul joins us in the wine bar for a one-off tasting of five of AMI’s finest, alongside a selection of suitably salty snacks, while the man himself regales us with anecdotes, tasting notes and general wit and wisdom. Come for the wine, stay for the chats.
