The idea behind Wild Life Drawing is simple (yet genius): instead of human models, animals ‘sit’ for us, while artist and wildlife enthusiast Jennie Webber not only instructs us on the ins and outs of drawing them, but also provides interesting insights about the animals themselves, from their characteristics to their habitats.
So far, we’ve welcomed birds, tortoises, iguanas and even wolves through Carousel’s doors. This time, we’re drawing mini piglets…Yep, get ready for cuteness overload as Jennie and animal handler Marc guide us through the world of miniature pigs and how to capture them on paper.
Workshops run at 11am to 1pm or 2pm to 4pm so, if you’re looking to make a day of it, we recommend combining with a lazy lunch at the wine bar… now that’s what we’d call a perfect Sunday. Read the full menu and book in here.
