Finding new ways to extract flavour and goodness from the perfectly good stuff that many kitchens throw away, we’ve always been conscious of the footprint we leave behind. That’s why we’re so thrilled to be teaming up with a champagne house who are not only light years ahead of the competition when it comes to doing things the right way, but are also responsible for producing some truly epic champagnes.
For this one-off evening of imaginative, ethical and above all delicious food and drink, Carousel co-founder Ollie Templeton has created a unique four-course menu featuring world-class ingredients from around the British Isles; all paired with some exceptional champagnes from our friends at Telmont, from magnums of Brut Reserve to the show-stopping 2012 Vinothéque Brut Vintage.
Dinner starts at 7pm and tickets are priced at £95 for four courses with matched champagnes.
