Carousel’s own talent Taylor Peddle and Sophie Mathieson will be taking over the guest chef dining room for one very special Sunday evening.
Get set for a stunning six course menu of seasonal bangers from sous chef Taylor, drawing on influences from both his time at Carousel and formative years at Wellington favourite, Shepherd. Highlights include ‘Asparagus, Preserved Green Strawberries, Buttermilk, Cured Egg Yolk’; ‘Skate, ‘Chorizo Sauce’, Spring Greens, Pickled Garlic Capers’; and ‘Lamb Rump, Courgette, Crispy Chilli Oil, Puffed Rice, Goat’s Curd’.
