Bringing some badly needed ‘East London wine bar vibes’ to Golborne Road, Straker’s is set to be the opening of the year. Why? Because, well, Tom… After helping us see off lockdown with the wildly popular Right Then series back at the old Carousel, Tom’s career has gone full on nitro.

Joining us for one final Carousel-shaped Strak attack before the big launch, Tom will be serving up a sort of greatest hits of perfectly executed, Italian-accented crowd-pleasers (“buongiorno boys”).

Call it a preview, call it a party, call it whatever you like. Just don’t hang around as there’s a million-strong legion of Strakolytes who would kill for your seat.
