SOLA – a portmanteau of ‘Soho’ and ‘L.A.’ – celebrates the modern cuisine of America’s Pacific West Coast, bringing a taste of California to Soho, via L.A.
Awarded its first coveted Michelin star in 2021, SOLA also holds three AA Rosettes, and as of 2023 is ranked 40th in the UK’s 100 best restaurants, as chosen by the Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.
As ever, Victor will be drawing heavily on East Asian styles of cooking, including Japanese and Korean, reflecting both its Pacific location and immigration to the state. Rather excitingly, he has also promised a preview of several new dishes that will be appearing on the menu when SOLA reopens later this year.
