Introducing Side A, the debut restaurant from super talent, Parker Brown, and our 46th and final residency of 2023.

Chicago-born Parker recently left Aphotic, where his elegant seafood-driven tasting menus (think prawn risotto with crab head foam and dry aged fish) steered the team to a richly deserved Michelin Star, and a Green Star to boot.

Side A is the product of seven years of shared travels, meals and live music enjoyed alongside his wife, Caroline Kerr. Together they will amplify the connections between food, music and community, serving a menu of elevated American bistro classics like ‘Oysters, Rose Mignonette, Fermented Fresno Hot Sauce’; ‘Gnocchi, Short Rib, Giardiniera, Onion Jus’; and ‘Striped Bass, Endive, Clam Sauce, Herbs’, accompanied by a carefully-curated soundtrack of soul, funk, disco, jazz and more.
