Romy is back with another bountiful feast of Indian crowd-pleasers.

The irrepressible chef, author, broadcaster and self-confessed feeder has been part of the Carousel family since her very first Blandford Street residency back in 2016, so we’re delighted to be rolling out the red carpet (and her favourite green armchair) once again.

As her many followers will know, Romy’s cooking is a celebration of her amazing life story, weaving together myriad ingredients from her extensive travels through India and her intimate local knowledge of seasonal British produce. Now working on her third cookbook, Romy joins us with an exclusive preview of some of her latest recipes, alongside a few old favourites thrown in for the OG fans.

Expect generous portions and big, big flavours from Romy’s seven course menu of made-for-sharing flavour bombs, including her signature Samosa Chaat (Grace Dent’s desert island dish); Shuka Gosht, from her forthcoming book of home-cooked classics; Yarkhandhi Pulao, inspired by her Himalayan travels; and Rose Petal & Cardamom Ice-Cream.
