Celebrating the launch of her most personal book yet, Romy returns to Charlotte Street for her annual Carousel pilgrimage. With one very exciting twist…

Joining Romy in the kitchen throughout the week are five of her closest industry friends, who will be top-and-tailing all your favourite Romy Gill classics – plus some new showstoppers from Romy Gill’s India that encapsulate “the true essence of home-cooked Indian cuisine” – with their own Indian-inspired creations. Step forward Ellis Barrie, Ollie Templeton, Avi Shashidhara, Mike Reid and Anna Haugh. A fittingly legendary supporting cast for one of the all-time Carousel greats.

We’ve cooked with so many brilliant chefs since her first ever Carousel guest chef residency in 2015, but there’s only one Romy Gill. This one promises to be extra special.
