Celebrating the launch of her brilliant new book, Home Food, Olia returns for a fifth – yes fifth – spin on the Carousel with a fabulously eclectic menu that brings some rather exciting Central Asian influences to the party alongside her signature repertoire of vibrant Eastern European flavours.

Highlights include ‘Crispy Rose Dumplings filled with Sweet Potato and Barberries, Uyghur Sauce’; ‘Herbed Kefir-marinated Roast Chicken’; and ‘Toasted Pumpkin and Orange Blossom Kalach and Baked Milk Ice Cream’. As it’s Olia, expect huge, warm-hug-for-the-soul flavours and a generosity of spirit in each and every mouthful.

Pull up a chair, tuck in that napkin and enjoy the ride.
