Nudo, perched on the tranquil Es Figueral beach in northern Ibiza, has become one of the hottest culinary destinations in the Balearics, and for good reason.
Helmed by our good friends Edoardo Fiaschi, José Conde and Jessica Natali — who honed their craft together at Noma — Nudo celebrates bold Mediterranean seafood with global influences. Think ‘Raw Scallop, Mangalitza Lard, Shoyu, Guajillo’; ‘Prawn Tortello, Light Dashi, Ginger Oil, Cockles’; and ‘BBQ Cured Monkfish Tail, Beurre Blanc, Kombu Oil, Spinach.’
To kick off 2025, they’re bringing the essence of Ibiza’s coastline back to Charlotte Street with an unmissable two-and-a-bit-week residency. On the floor, sommelier Loli (Bar Brutal, Atila Tulum, Casa Lhasa) will set the tone, pouring a selection of her Supernatural Wines exclusively from the Balearics.
