This October, the talented chef and author returns to Carousel for a special one-night residency ahead of her much anticipated restaurant launch.
Known for her fresh, modern approach to Moroccan cuisine, Nargisse lit up the kitchen during her previous residencies, and this time promises to be no different.
While the dishes will be new, you can expect the same bold flavours and inventive twists on traditional Moroccan flavours that made her last menu such a hit. For this special dinner, highlights include her ‘Merguez Serrouda’; not one, but two tagines (‘Prawn Maticha’ & ‘Lamb M’Hammer’); and a heavenly ‘Milk Bastila’ with broken phyllo, honey caramel and almonds.
