Go Back We’re thrilled to be joined by star of the new South African wine scene, Johan Meyer, for a one-off tasting of Mother Rock wines.
A collaboration between winemaker Johan and Ben Henshaw, founder of importer Indigo Wine, Mother Rock was born out of a desire to bridge the gap in the UK market for accessible, artisanal South African Chenin and showcase South Africa’s diverse terroir.
Join us from 7:30pm – 9pm on Wednesday 14th September for a liquid jaunt through South Africa’s best vineyards, from the comfort of the Carousel wine bar. Johan will be opening and guiding us through five Mother Rock wines, from his quaffable pinotage pét-nat to his carbonic pinot noir. And because good wines require good snacks, there’ll be a steady flow of those coming out of the kitchen too.
