Hosted by renowned Cellarmaster Rudiger Gretschel, this intimate tasting will give you a rare chance to explore the magic behind each bottle. From the refined citrus and brioche notes of the Borealis Brut to the vibrant lemon zest of the Amphora Blanc de Blancs, each glass tells a unique story.
For the perfect pairing, we’ll also be serving some South African braai-inspired small plates from the grill.
