To celebrate International Women’s Day, we’ve teamed up with our good friend Clare Finney – award-winning food writer and author of The Female Chef – to bring you a line-up of some of the UK’s best loved and most talented chefs. Five nights, five incredible women. Together they are, in Clare’s words, “rewriting the rules and redefining what it means to be a successful chef”.
We first met Clare in the summer of 2014, just a few weeks before we opened the original Carousel in Marylebone. Over the years she has been such an amazing advocate of everything we do here, so we’re extra thrilled to be joining Clare on her mission to shine a light on the the pioneering female chefs shaking up the food industry in this country. Clare has curated an incredible line-up for the occasion featuring some of the most respected names in the industry.
It’s a huge, huge honour to be welcoming these five extraordinary women into our kitchen. To mark International Women’s Day, a portion of each ticket sold will be going to a women’s charity of the chef’s choosing. Here’s the line-up:
