Fresh from steering Bubala to icon status, Helen Graham joins us for a one-off à la carte Sunday lunch in the Wine Bar, showcasing her acclaimed brand of innovative vegetable-forward cooking alongside some of our own plant-based offerings.
Drawing on her Jewish diasporic roots, and inspired by cuisines across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Helen has pioneered her own deeply personal, envelope-pushing style since leaving behind the Ottolenghi test kitchen in 2018 (and before that The Palomar and Barbary) to open the first Bubala in Spitalfields. Rave reviews from Grace Dent, Jay Rayner and Jimmi Famurewa followed, along with a sister site in Soho that was a similarly instant hit.
