Bring a camera – if you have one – and / or a smartphone, along with a healthy appetite and all the questions you’d want to ask a genuine legend given the chance.

One of the most influential photographers of all time, David Loftus’ stripped-back, fuss-free photographs have brought food to life for millions of people around the world.
