Yup, Pablo LaGrange is heading back to Carousel in May, this time for an exclusive masterclass. With his dishes rooted in memories and tradition, what better way to rep his home country of Argentina than with his bangin’ empanadas and an afternoon asado?
During this hands-on masterclass you’ll learn techniques that have helped make every one of Pablo’s residencies a hit. You’ll find out what it takes to make the perfect empanada dough, before learning how to make the chicken and beef filling. And whats an empanada without all the delicious additions? We’ll be upgrading your empanada game with all the trimmings, chimichurri sauce made with locally sourced herbs, criolla sauce and a demo on making your own chorizo.
After all your hard work, you’ll get to tuck into a delicious Argentinean feast made and prepped for you by Pablo LaGrange and the Carousel team. The lunch will include wine and beer as well as the star dish of the day -empanadas, choripanes and finger lickin’ sauces for you to enjoy. You’ll also get a jar of chimichurri to take home with you at the end of the day.
