Eat Wasted, a world-first waste-free pasta initiative headquartered in Copenhagen, joins us in the Wine Bar for the London leg of their global tour. That’s right, their pasta gets its own world tour.
Wasted creates pasta from surplus bread, cutting carbon emissions and feeding both happy diners and communities in need. Endorsed by culinary icons like Massimo Bottura, René Redzepi, even the cast of The Bear, this project is reshaping how we think about food waste. As Bottura himself says, “Wasted is a daily reminder that the future is now, and together we can make a real change.”
Join us on Sunday 13th October for a standing-room-only pasta party featuring a curated waste-free menu. Included with each ticket will be a Botivo cocktail on arrival, a bowl of Wasted’s incredible pasta with a side salad, and an ice cream sandwich to finish. Plus, for every portion of pasta sold, a portion is donated to those in need. Our very own Ollie Templeton will be spinning records and our full wine and cocktail selection will be available, so you don’t have to call it an early night.
With their London leg sandwiched between stops in Modena and Toronto, and further dates announced from NYC to CDMX, this one-night-only pasta party promises to be an unforgettable mix of great food, good company, and positive change. Grab your tickets while they last.
This is a standing-room-only event. Please arrive any time between 4pm – 9pm, tickets will not be available to purchase on the door.
