Celebrating the launch of her latest cookbook Chetna’s Indian Feasts, Bake Off Star and cookbook author Chetna Makan joins us for an intimate supper club in our White Room.
Showcasing some of her favourite Indian feasting recipes from the book, Chetna’s four-course set menu features joy-inducing, flavour sensations like her crispy ‘Onion Chickpea Bhajees’; ‘Smashed Alu Tikki’ (golden, spiced, smashed potatoes generously drizzled in tamarind and coriander chutneys); Mangalore-inspired ‘Chilli Garlic Chicken’ with ‘Mint Raita’ and ‘Cumin Rice’, and to finish, a chocolate-drenched, Bake-Off-Showstopper-style ‘Caramelised Walnut & Coffee Pavlova’.
A vegetarian option is available for this menu, however, we are unfortunately unable to cater for any other dietary reqirements.
