Returning to Carousel after a sell-out residency in early 2018, New Zealand-born Chantelle Nicholson will be giving us a taste of the hyper-seasonal, zero-waste approach that has made new solo opening Apricity, Mayfair, such an instant hit.

Working with sustainable small-scale producers including Crate to Plate and the Ethical Butcher, Chantelle has created a special menu for this intimate one-off that pairs beautifully with the complexity of Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognacs. Alongside four exceptional courses, guests will get to taste the holy trinity of Rémy Martin 1738, Rémy Martin Tercet and Rémy Martin XO.
