Go Back The brainchild of Noble Rot talent Reuben Johnson and Sam Browett, Broche Rotisserie is the pop-up bringing amped up versions of rustic French market favourites to London.
After bonding over shared childhood experiences of visiting relatives in France and exploring local markets, the duo invested in a rotisserie oven and began hosting pop-ups and supper clubs based on the simple pleasure of spit-roasted meat and potatoes.
Following the sell-out success of Reuben and Sam’s first pop-up with us in No.23, the duo return to Carousel to take over the wine bar for one very special, 4-course Sunday lunch à la Française. Think anchovy gougères, mussels in sauce vierge and the ultimate rotisserie chicken, paired with some of the best wines Southern France has to offer. Délicieux.
