Artifishal Screening in partnership with Food Chain

Salmon farming… it’s seriously fishy business.

We’ve partnered up with our friends over at Foodchain for a very special screening of ‘Artifishal’, the documentary that got a lot of people talking at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year. Released by Patagonia as part of a wider campaign, this eye-opening film explores the impact of fish hatcheries on our rivers and seas and how salmon farming is driving wild fish into extinction. Looking at the issue globally, from the fjords of Norway to the rivers of Washington you’ll understand how good intentions can quickly go wrong.

But there’s hope in the air….. We’ll be following the screening with a curated panel of speakers, who amongst other things, will be delving in to why provenance matters and how we can start making a change. Chaired by Richard Murray from Foodchain speakers include Jessica Sinclair-Taylor from Feedback, Mark Farrant from Direct Seafoods and Stephanie Ferguson from WeWork / Baxter Story.
