The junior sales coordiantor will be the first person clients speak to when they get in touch with Carousel to book an event. Responsible for giving potential clients top line information about Carousel spaces, facilities, food and drink and production, you will then work with the sales team to convert the enquiry into an event. Managing the incoming enquiries will give an excellent grounding in event sales and production as you will see the full range of events clients want to run across four venues. You will also be required to conduct viewings of our spaces, meeting clients face to face to give them a tour and sell in our offering - this is a crucial stage in relationship development with clients.
• Responding to inbound enquiries, organising site viewings and working with the Head of Sales to manage distribution of enquiries to the sales team
• Building relationships with previous, current and prospective clients
• Working to sales and company targets and contributing to the development of the sales strategy
• Liaising with the Marketing team where required to secure relevant marketing support
We’re looking for someone with relevant industry experience, new graduates welcome, who will thrive in our fun and friendly but ultimately target-driven environment. You will need to be confident, organised and efficient with your time. An enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude is essential.
