Joining us for the second instalment of our Sustainable Supper Club Series is the team behind Dorset-based sister restaurants, Terroir Tapas and The Larder House.
One of only nine restaurants to be awarded a Michelin Green Star this year, Terroir Tapas prides itself on using solely locally-grown, foraged or ethically-sourced ingredients in its globally-inspired tasting menus. Like at The Larder House, produce is brought to life by live-fire cooking, with the wood oven well and truly at the heart of both restaurant kitchens.
Head chefs Jesse Wells and Luke Jefford have created a special menu for this one-off event, packed with innovative, hyper-seasonal tapas dishes, designed to pair perfectly with Rémy Martin’s Fine Champagne Cognacs. Highlights include Jesse’s homemade duck ham with Cornish blue, tayberries and naked oats and White Park rump steak with hispi cabbage, plum and onion.
