Vol. 1 of our Saturday Brunch series is all about big, colourful flavours of the Middle East – think crunchy Lebanese pickles, housemade Falafel perfectly crisp on the outside and cloud-like on the inside and hot-off-the-grill Merguez flatbreads dipped into fresh mint yoghurt with zingy preserved lemon. Grab a Middle Eastern Bloody Mary (with zaatar spice, sherry vinegar and salted pickle cucumber) and you have yourselves a perfect Saturday morning.
