Following the roaring success of his first pop-up with us earlier this year, we’re chuffed to welcome Pav Glodowski back to No. 23 for two more evenings of creative Polish cooking. Because one night just wasn’t enough.
Born out of a love of spending time in his babcia’s kitchen, Pav started Polska Kitchen as a way to share the flavours, techniques, and sense of community surrounding the Polish food that he grew up eating.
Pav will be serving up another à la carte menu of Polish favourites with a contemporary twist, including his signature broad bean pierogis; nettle, sorrel and wild garlic croquettes with cured beetroot; and cheesecake with poppy cream and strawberry sauce. Come hungry, leave happy.
