Alongside ‘Algarve Carabineiro, Brioche, Goat Butter’; ‘Black Pork, Eggplant, Mediterranean Jus’; and ‘Pão de Ló de Ovar, Serra da Estrela Cheese’, these showstoppers are also among the highlights of his seafood-focused Carousel menu.
