At Haikara, Sho Miyashita and co-founder Jérémy Mégaly have effortlessly picked out all the best bits of Tokyo’s casual izakaya culture and the easy-going Parisian néo-bistronomie of the 11th, and welded them together into a sake cocktail-fuelled riot of XXL flavours.
Joining us for the second time, Sho will be serving an enticing new menu created especially for the occasion, packed with creative, Japanese-rooted bangers like ‘Scallop Sashimi, Ponzu Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes, Radish’; ‘Nduja-Stuffed BBQ Chicken Wings, Honey & Soy Glaze, Smashed Cucumbers’; and ‘Tonkatsu Pork, Negi Miso (Leek & Miso Sauce), Shiso, Lettuce’.
Small plates, huge flavours and a whole load of fun, Haikara is Paris at its confident best and we can’t wait for another taste.
