Eddy Tejada (Silo and St John) and Matthew Scott (Cub) came together during the early days of lockdown over a shared love of sustainable ingredients, a nose-to-tail approach to cooking and an overwhelming need to relieve their ‘itch’ to cook. Hot 4 U burst onto the scene with a delivery menu that knocked everyone’s socks right off (erm, rabbit glazed in fig leaf served with a Japanese milk bun anyone?) and are now working on a series of restaurant and industry collaborations. Safe to say, we are stoked to have them join the Carousel family…
Tickets are a fiver. That gets you a seat, a glass of something funky on arrival and a very warm welcome.
