It’s no wonder Brad Carter is the chef that all the other chefs want to cook with. The staff meals at Carters of Moseley are the stuff of legend. As are the ‘mortadöners’ that Brad’s been spinning over lockdown. They’re a thing now, and they’re even tasty when you’re sober…

But we’re here to talk about Brad’s multi-course tasting menus, because that’s what you lucky b*stards will be experiencing when he joins us in the kitchen in just a few week’s time. Working with the absolute finest produce he can get his hands on, including foraged flora and wild fauna indigenous to these isles, Brad effortlessly pairs hitherto unacquainted ingredients like ‘Diver Plaice, Mushy Peas and UK Wasabi’ or ‘Grouse, Cherries and Wiltshire Truffle’ to glorious effect.

Completely self-taught, Brad opened Carters of Moseley with his partner Holly in 2010. Ten years on, the Michelin-starred favourite with the neighbourhood feel still feels as fresh and original as ever. Here’s your chance to experience the magic for yourselves.
